As well as being a pretty average marathon runner, Steve is also a Chartered Financial Planner with over 20 years financial services experience in a variety of roles from consultancy to senior management; most recently as Managing Director of Lighthouse Group Plc's Employee Benefits division.

Dominic has worked within the industry for almost 20 years after graduating from University with a degree in Financial Services. Throughout his career Dominic has gained experience in assisting both individual and corporate clients; the latter gained recently from being a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant at one of the UK's largest IFA groups.

This experience has helped him acquire an in depth knowledge across many areas of financial planning and is well placed to advise on all aspects of employee benefit related matters as well as individual areas; such as pensions, tax efficient investments and financial protection.

Dominic is currently studying towards achieving Chartered status in financial planning.

Alastair has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 30 years and for a number of leading pension providers such as National Mutual Life, GE Life and LV=.

During his career to date Alastair has held numerous roles including regional sales management, senior management and annuity national accounts.

As well as being full AFPC, IPD and G60 qualified Alastair has experience in all areas of the pension market including Small Self Administered Schemes (SSAS), Self Invested Pension Plans (SIPP), Annuities, Fixed Term Annuties, Drawdown Plans and pension accumulation.
